HOA Management

As licensed HOA professionals, we are contracted by the HOA Board to manage the Association according to the Covenants on behalf of the elected Board of Directors. When Members purchase a home within the Association, they are provided with a copy of the Association documents at the time of closing and they agree to comply with any and all of the governing documents.

Comprehensive Services

Poudre Property Services employs a team of licensed Community Association managers. We undergo annual continuing education to remain apprised of the latest regulations and guidelines established by the State of Colorado. These association management professionals are prepared to provide comprehensive services, including:

  • Regularly scheduled, on-site inspections of common areas and landscapes, including follow-up with home owners
  • Handling of monthly dues
  • Complete financial management for your HOA’s income and expenses
  • Public posting of official documentation, as required
  • Private posting of other documentation related to covenant violations, etc., for viewing by board members
  • As directed by the Board of Directors prepare annual budgets, organize, prepare for and attend minuted meetings.

How We Work

We do not establish community guidelines, they are usually prepared and recorded at the time the Association management team is formed by the developer. We do make sure your community guidelines are followed. Your documentation lays the foundation for our efforts on your behalf.
